This Privacy Policy explains how AlphasAxis ("AlphasAxis," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit alphasaxis.com or use the tools and forms available on it (the "Site"). We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and other applicable data protection laws.

1. What We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Consultation request data— when you submit the "Request Consultation" or "Email These Results" forms, we (or your own email application, for the mailto-based estimator export) collect the name, phone number, financing type, and approximate amount you provide.
  • Technical data — standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) that our hosting provider (Vercel) collects automatically for security and operational purposes.

We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or bank account information through this Site. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data described above to:

  • respond to and process your consultation request, including matching you with a licensed brokerage operator on the AlphasAxis network;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its Tools;
  • detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse of our forms; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

3. Who We Share Data With

Consultation request data submitted through the "Request Consultation" form is transmitted via our email delivery provider, Resend, to the AlphasAxis team's inbox for follow-up. Resend processes this data solely to deliver the email and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of AlphasAxis or others, or investigate potential violations of these Terms.

4. Data Retention

We retain consultation request data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us, or withdraw any consent previously given, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
