You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Site provides general information about the AlphasAxis platform, the AxisPrestige founding-node program, the $AXIS token, and related brokerage-facilitation tools, including a loan calculator and property purchase cost estimator (the "Tools").

The Tools produce indicative, estimated figures only, based on general assumptions and publicly available fee/duty scales. They do not constitute a loan offer, a formal quotation, a guarantee of loan approval, or professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Actual figures charged by banks, licensed conveyancing solicitors, valuers, or government authorities may differ materially from the Tools' output. You should not rely on the Tools as the sole basis for any financial decision, and should independently verify all figures with a licensed professional before proceeding with any transaction.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset, token, node, or security, nor is it investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any statements concerning the AxisPrestige program, the $AXIS token, projected platform revenue, growth trajectories, or similar forward-looking figures are illustrative estimates only and are not guarantees of future performance. Past or projected performance of manual brokerage operations does not guarantee future results. Participation in any node or token program carries financial risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount contributed — see our Risk Disclosure for further detail.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent research and for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including any securities, digital asset, or anti-money-laundering laws, before participating in any AlphasAxis program.

Where you submit a consultation request through the Site, you consent to AlphasAxis and/or its licensed brokerage partners contacting you using the details you provide, for the purpose of discussing your financing needs. Submitting a request does not guarantee that financing will be approved, that you will be matched with an operator, or that any specific rate or outcome will be offered. Actual brokerage services, where provided, are subject to separate engagement terms and the regulatory requirements applicable to the licensed operator involved.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including via automated scraping or abuse of the consultation/email forms;
• reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate any proprietary content, branding, or code from the Site.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the AlphasAxis and AxisPrestige branding, and the underlying software, is owned by or licensed to AlphasAxis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, email delivery providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

The Site and Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphasAxis, its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Tools, or any reliance placed on figures generated by the Tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of RM100 or the amount, if any, you have paid to AlphasAxis in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphasAxis and its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
